Terms of Service
Effective date: September 15, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of RunYourAI websites, products, consulting, implementation services, hosted tools, and ongoing support. By purchasing a RunYourAI product or service, approving a project, or using a RunYourAI-delivered solution, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
RunYourAI provides practical AI consulting and implementation for small businesses, including AI customer support systems, appointment scheduling, local visibility audits, review tools, automation, integrations, and related custom work. The exact scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for a project may be described on a product page, checkout page, proposal, onboarding document, service agreement, or written quote.
2. Quotes, scope, and changes
Quoted pricing applies to the scope described at the time of purchase or approval. Work that materially expands the original scope, including additional integrations, custom workflows, extra staff or service configuration, or other non-standard requirements, may require an additional fee. RunYourAI will communicate material scope changes before charging for additional work.
3. Payments
Payment terms vary by product and are shown before purchase. Some implementation projects use a deposit to begin work with the remaining balance due at delivery or go-live. Other products may be paid in full at checkout. Recurring maintenance or hosted-service fees are billed according to the plan selected by the customer.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. RunYourAI does not store full payment-card information on its website.
4. Recurring services and cancellation
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, recurring maintenance and hosted-service plans are month-to-month. A customer may request cancellation of future recurring service by contacting RunYourAI. Cancellation does not erase charges already incurred or work already completed before the effective cancellation date.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, authorized content, credentials, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to configure or deliver the purchased service. Customers are also responsible for reviewing business-specific information, pricing, policies, hours, services, and other customer-facing content before approving it for live use.
6. Third-party services
RunYourAI solutions may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, calendar platforms, website platforms, APIs, or other software. Those services may have their own terms, limitations, outages, pricing, or policy changes. RunYourAI is not responsible for a third party's independent service availability or policy decisions.
7. No guaranteed business results
RunYourAI does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, reviews, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, cost savings, or other business outcomes. AI systems and automated tools can make mistakes and should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate human judgment, professional advice, or business oversight.
8. Acceptable use
RunYourAI products and services may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, unauthorized access, deceptive practices, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rules of a required third-party platform.
9. Intellectual property and customer content
Customers retain ownership of content, branding, business information, and other materials they provide. RunYourAI retains ownership of its underlying reusable code, templates, systems, methods, documentation, and pre-existing technology unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Customers receive the rights needed to use the delivered solution for their business as described in the applicable project or service agreement.
10. Service availability and changes
RunYourAI may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, third-party compatibility, legal compliance, or product improvement. When a material change affects an active paid service, RunYourAI will make reasonable efforts to communicate it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RunYourAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of a product or service. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid to RunYourAI for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the applicable service period, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
12. Product-specific terms
If a signed agreement, written proposal, product-specific checkout term, or onboarding document conflicts with these general Terms of Service, the more specific written term will control for that product or project.
13. Updates to these terms
RunYourAI may update these Terms of Service as products and services evolve. The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.
